Workplace Wellbeing Platinum Award

Starting in 2015 Lustre started to work with the Medway Healthy Workplaces team to promote a healthy working environmental for all employees. In October 2015 Lustre Consulting has became the first Medway business to achieve full chartership under the Workplace Wellbeing Charter. In 2020 we were delighted to achieve our Platinum level Medway Workplace Wellbeing Award and this has been continued for 2022.

This wellbeing award is an opportunity for employers to demonstrate their commitment to the health and wellbeing of their workforce. The positive impact that employment can have on health and wellbeing is well documented and evidence shows that having a healthy workforce can reduce sickness absence, lower staff turnover and boost productivity.

As part of the assessment, including interviews with selected team members, it was recorded that:

Since our initial award, Lustre has continued our commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our employees.

We were supported through the chartership by the Medway Healthy Workplace team at Medway Council and would like to thank them for their support and help throughout the process.
